Dr. Shannon Pratt, CFA, FASA, ARM, ABAR, MCBC, BCA, CM&AA Joins The ISBA Board of Advisors

The International Society of Business Analysts (ISBA) in Irving, Texas announced that Dr. Shannon P. Pratt, CFA, FASA, ARM, ABAR, MCBC, CM&AA, has become a member of the BCA (Business Certified Appraiser) Board of Advisors. Dr. Pratt is the foremost authority in the field of business valuation and has written numerous books that articulate many of the concepts used in modern business valuation around the world.

ISBA's Business Certified Appraiser (BCA) valuation courses deliver comprehensive and intensive study to candidates focused on small to Main Street business valuations through providing hands on service, support, and a document vault of tools and research references. “The small to Main Street business valuation is vital and has been overlooked through the years,” states Dr. Pratt

Dr. Pratt joins the five member BCA Board of Advisors whose purpose is to advise the Directors of ISBA on matters that address BCA education, accreditation, and strategic planning.
